The short version
- We collect only what the app needs: your account and the ads you post or save.
- Approved ads are public. Your contact details are shown only to signed-in users.
- We use Google services for sign-in, notifications and ads (AdMob).
- We do not sell your personal data.
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this website.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Offer Promote Products (package app.dev.offerpromoteproducts), an Android app published by Dev Spot Studio Lab in Cambodia, collects, uses and protects your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
One shared account. Offer Promote Products and our other app, Job Offer Today, use one shared account system. If you create an account in one app, you can sign in to the other app with the same account (same name, email and profile photo).
2. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account.
- Email sign-up: your name, email address and a password. The password is stored only as a secure hash and can never be read by anyone.
Ads you post
- Product or service, 1–5 photos (compressed on your phone before upload), title, category, price and currency, condition, location (province) and description.
- Your contact details: phone number, WhatsApp number, Telegram username and/or Facebook link (at least one).
Saved ads and reports
- Ads you save with the heart button, stored with your account.
- If you report an ad, the reason you choose. Reports are read only by admins.
Device and technical data
- A push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you notifications.
- The Advertising ID, used by Google AdMob to show ads.
- Basic device information (phone model, Android version, app version), collected by Google SDKs so ads and notifications work.
Stored on your phone (offline mode)
The latest ads, categories and your own ads are kept on your phone so the app works without internet. If you post or save an ad while offline, it is kept on your phone and uploaded automatically in the background when the internet comes back (even if the app is closed). This local data is deleted when you log out.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, and we do not use your camera or microphone. Location is only the province you choose for an ad.

3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and let you sign in to both of our apps.
- To publish your ads and let buyers contact you.
- To send notifications: ad approved or rejected, "your ad is live" after an offline upload, and messages from the admin.
- To review, feature or remove ads, handle reports and block users who break the rules.
- To show ads with Google AdMob, which keeps the app free.
- To offer app updates and reviews through Google Play (In-App Update and In-App Review).

6. Android permissions

You choose photos with the Android photo picker, so the app does not need storage permission. Background uploads use Android's standard job scheduler — no special background permission.
7. Security
- All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access rules on our server: you can only change your own data, seller contact details are only for signed-in users, and reports are visible only to admins.
- Passwords are never stored in readable form.
- Admin review, reporting and blocking help keep the community safe.
No method of storage or transfer is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists.
- In the app: go to Account → Delete my account.
- Without the app: use our Delete your account page, or email tannsophal999@gmail.com from your account email. We complete requests within 30 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, profile, ads, photos, saved ads and notifications. Because the account is shared, deleting it in one app deletes it in both apps.
The offline copies on your phone are deleted when you log out or uninstall the app.
9. Children's privacy
Offer Promote Products is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
