Before you delete
- Offer Promote Products and Job Offer Today share one account. Deleting it here deletes it in both apps.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Offer Promote Products and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
No app? Send us a request. Please use the email address of your account so we can confirm it is you. We complete requests within 30 days.
This opens your email app with a ready-made request to tannsophal999@gmail.com — just press send.
Please enter your account email first.
If your email app doesn't open, email tannsophal999@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your account email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, profile photo)
- Your ads, their photos and your contact details
- Your saved ads
- Your notifications and push token
- Your CV, job posts and applications in Job Offer Today (same account)
Offline copies stored on your phone are deleted when you log out or uninstall the app.
Some information may be kept for a short time if the law requires it, then deleted.
