Before you delete
- Job Offer Today and Offer Promote Products share one account. Deleting it here deletes it in both apps.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Job Offer Today and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
No app? Send us a request. Please use the email address of your account so we can confirm it is you. We complete requests within 30 days.
This opens your email app with a ready-made request to tannsophal999@gmail.com — just press send.
Please enter your account email first.
If your email app doesn't open, email tannsophal999@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your account email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, profile photo)
- Your CV (PDF, text and summary) and CV photo
- Your job posts and their photos
- Your applications and cover notes
- Your notifications and push token
- Ads you posted and saved ads in Offer Promote Products (same account)
Your article history is stored only on your phone. Clear it in Settings → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
Some information may be kept for a short time if the law requires it, then deleted.
