Good to know
- There is no account to delete — the app never asks for your name, email or location.
- We keep no copy of your documents. Nothing is uploaded to us.
- Once deleted from your phone, your documents cannot be recovered.
Delete a single document
- Open Report Organizer.
- Find the document or scan you want to remove.
- Delete it — it is removed from your phone's storage.
Delete everything
Choose one of these on your Android phone:
- Clear app data: Settings → Apps → Report Organizer → Storage → Clear storage.
- Uninstall: uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your phone.
PDFs you saved or shared outside the app (for example to your Downloads folder, WhatsApp, email or a cloud drive) are not controlled by Report Organizer. Delete those copies in the place where you saved or sent them.
