We believe in absolute user privacy. Report Organizer is designed to function locally on your device without transmitting data externally:
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, harvest, or track any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or location data.
- No Server Storage: We do not own or operate external servers to store, back up, or process your documents. All documents remain 100% stored on your local hardware.
2. App Permissions
To provide core functionalities, Report Organizer requests the following device permissions:
- Camera Permission: Used exclusively for scanning physical documents, lab reports, and receipts into PDFs. Camera processing occurs entirely on-device in real-time.
- Storage / Media Permission: Required solely to allow you to import existing PDF files into the app and save your newly created PDF scans locally.
3. On-Device AI Processing
Our document scanner uses artificial intelligence for document edge detection and image enhancement. All AI operations are processed locally on your phone's processor. No images, scans, or document metadata are sent to cloud AI services.
4. Third-Party Sharing & Trackers
- User Control: Documents are shared only when you manually trigger the "Share" option (e.g., via WhatsApp, Email, or cloud drives).
- Zero Trackers: The application contains no third-party analytics SDKs, user tracking tools, or advertising networks that collect background data.
5. Data Security
Since all data is saved locally inside your device's isolated application storage, protection relies on your standard device security settings (such as PIN, fingerprint, or passcode lock).
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to align with application features or store policies. Any changes will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date.
